Stark & Stark, PC has an immediate opening in its Securities Practice Group in our Lawrenceville office for an entry level attorney (0 – 3 years) to serve as regulatory and legal counsel to our numerous Investment Adviser, Private Fund and Broker Dealer clients.  The ideal candidate will have an interest in the investment management industry.

We regularly advise our clients on a vast array of issues, including but not limited to: i) compliance with securities laws and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA rules; ii) corporate and tax issues; iii) ERISA and employee benefits; iv) employment law; and v) avoiding and defending administrative and regulatory proceedings.
