The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working litigation associate. The candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation. The position provides the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our strong  litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters. The candidate will also possess superior academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills; and will be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively on a variety of substantive matters. Must be bar admitted in the state of New Jersey. Judicial clerkship a plus, but not required.
