The Newark office has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment & Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience in employment litigation (management side) and business litigation in state and federal courts. Federal Judicial or State Clerkship experience a plus. This position will support both the Labor & Employment and Litigation Sections. Excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and top tier large law firm experience required. Must be admitted in New Jersey and New York.
