International Mediation Institute Day” ( IMI-Day)  in New Jersey is a half day event, directly following ADR-Day, focusing on the developments of cross-border mediation and reflecting the Singapore Global Pound Conference as well as preparing the Global Pound Conference in New York coming up in September.

Part of our program is a panel, which will be moderated by Debbie Masucci and will discuss the enforcement of mediated settlement agreements in a cross-border context.
