Employment law defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years’

experience to join the firm’s litigation practice. This position offers a motivated attorney the opportunity to service a sophisticated client base and advance within a growing firm. The position offers the chance to work on matters at all stages of litigation, from investigations through trials and appeals, and on cases pending before state and federal courts as well as arbitration panels. Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting motions, responding to written discovery, making court appearances, and interfacing with clients. Strong writing skills are a must.
