Opportunity & Responsibilities

New York based global biotechnology company focusing on creating life-changing products for the treatment of cancer is seeking an experienced R&D attorney whose responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, clinical trial agreements, compassionate use agreements, master service agreements, consulting agreements, and manufacturing and supply agreements.

Skills/Knowledge

-3-5 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, negotiating, drafting, and revising clinical trial agreements, research and development agreements, sponsored research agreements, and compassionate use agreements-Experience working independently and cross-functionally

-Experience taking on complex projects

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Experience creating contract templates and experience working with contract management databases are a plus.

Licensed to practice in New York or if not licensed in New York, must be licensed attorney in another state and be willing and able to complete in house NY registration. Must be attorney in good standing and willing to undergo background check.

Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation package includes bonus and long term incentive plan. Fully remote role.
