The Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the negotiation, interpretation, and administration of collective negotiations agreements for Rutgers University. This position requires at least seven years of relevant experience of increasing responsibility, with significant knowledge and experience in employment litigation and general litigation, in both state and federal court.
