I am seeking a New Jersey licensed attorney with at least 2 years’ experience to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. Past experience in personal injury, social security filings, medical claims and/or ERISA is preferred.  Our practice focuses on private disability claims for individuals unable to continue working due to sickness/injury.  Our staff of four paralegals and I represent individuals seeking disability benefits from employer plans subject to ERISA, and individual policies.  The attorney will be responsible to meet with clients and integrate with paralegals to collect evidence to submit claims, to appeal denials under ERISA to the insurance companies and to litigate cases primarily in Federal Court. The attorney must be able to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task to handle cases in all stages of submission.  This position requires excellent advocacy and writing skills and interest in helping people obtain the disability benefits they deserve.
