Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to join our Litigation Group in our Hackensack, New Jersey office.

Position Requirements:

• Federal court experience, and must be admitted to and have litigated in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
• Meaningful case management/case running experience
• Strong narrative writing skills
• Familiarity with Intellectual Property a plus
