Day Pitney’s Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use group is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of land use and real estate transactional experience, specifically in representation of major commercial and residential developers and investors. The firm’s real estate and land use practice includes the representation of developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and lenders with regard to the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real estate and related financing. A qualified candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong written and oral communication skills. New Jersey Bar admission is required.
