Commercial Litigation Attorney (Full Time)
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Rivkin Radler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to join our Litigation Group in our New Jersey office. EOE
Requirements:
- Federal court experience, and must be admitted to and have litigated in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
- Meaningful case management/case running experience.
- Strong narrative writing skills.
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property a plus
